Neck and Shoulders
This routine has been designed for those who sit at a desk or computer for long periods in mind or anyone with stressed shoulders and neck. Many people develop neck and shoulder problems and this can lead to other problems with the lower back. It is a great way to take any tension out of the back before doing a full routine, also a way of learning how to breath at the same time as moving the body. You will find a series of stills photos each with a caption beside them to describe each movement and also care notes to help you improve and maintain a good body position throughout the exercises
Look forwards keep the chin tucked in and the neck long.
Keep the shoulders relaxed.
Keep your feet flat on the floor feel the balls of you feet and heel through out the execises.
STOP IF YOUR BACK OR NECK HURTS YOU AT ANY TIME
